Hello, we are the Tanners!
We love our Mini Schnauzers, and all the excitement
that comes with them. We feel that it is just as
important for you to get to know about us as it is
for us to know about all prospective puppy buyers.
We have lived on twenty acres in Prineville, OR for
about eight years now. We have four children, who
love to get the puppies "kid proof" and ready for their
new lives away from Mommy and us. We are in love
with our dogs, and they are all our babies who live right
here in the house with us. We strive to breed according
to the standards set by the AKC, that is why we only breed
recognized colors, Salt & Pepper, Black & Silver, or Black.
Our main objective in breeding is to breed for temperament first, then conformation. Temperament is our main concern, being we have small children, and we want your puppy to be just as loving towards people as our dogs are. Conformation is our second priority because we want our dog's looks to match their personality, Beautiful and Loving!
We are always here for you, even if it is just for a question or if you have to give up your baby for any unforeseen reasons. We believe it is important for you to be comfortable with us and the puppy you take home. This is why we offer a guarantee for all our puppies. It is also important that we make getting a puppy from us one of the most enjoyable experiences you have ever had.
We would encourage you to research this breed, and know the breeder. There are too many backyard breeders, and puppy mills that do not care about their dogs or what happens to them.
